Have you ever been asked, “What’s your biggest or deepest fear?” Seems like a pretty loaded question, but I’d like to attempt to answer it here. First, let’s take a look at the Coach Carter movie trailer, and movie snippet of the poem “Our Deepest Fear” written by Marianne Williamson to give the conversation some context.
What do you think? Is our deepest fear our own power? What does that really even mean, and how does it apply to me? Take a closer look at the poem below, and share with us what you think the author is trying to say. Hint: It may be helpful to break down the meaning of each stanza before beginning. Once you’ve finished share your thoughts. What is your deepest fear?

Any fear is caused by past trauma, no matter how intense it might be anything that was once done to cause a disruption in the past can be reflected over fear and insecurities.
This blog did a great job on reflecting the affect on fear and gave my a new perspective on the possible reasons/affects of it.
